For Mud Cake You Will Need: 2 Eggs, 2/3 Cup (150mL) Water, 1/4 Cup (65mL) Oil, 20cm x 7cm Round Cake Pan. For Icing: 3 Teaspoons (15mL) Water and 1 1/2 Tablespoons (30g) Soft Butter.
Preheat: Preheat oven to 170 °C/330°F (150°C fan forced). Grease and flour cake pan or lightly grease and line with baking appear.
Mix: Place cake mix, eggs, water and oil into mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake: Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cake is baked if it springs when lightly touched in the centre. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes prior to inventing onto cooling rack. Transfer cooled cake onto a serving plate.
Ice: Place icing mix and water in a microwave safe bowl and heat on HIGH for 20 seconds. Mix with a wooden spoon for 1minute. Add soft butter and mix until combined completely. TIP: If replacing margarine for butter, reduce to 3 teaspoons (15g). Microwave eon HIGH for a further 15 seconds. Pour icing over the top of cake. Spread icing

They could improve the timing

they did everything well and they couldn’t put the rule when you hit the floor you added 5 seconds
